- Read "The Gift of the Magi" (Pg. 96-102 in the orange lit textbooks). On your own sheet of paper, answer questions 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 from Page 103.
- Watch the film version of "The Gift of the Magi."
- On the Venn Diagram, fill out similarities and differences between the text and film versions.
- Write at least 4 paragraphs—2 paragraphs on what was similar and 2 paragraphs on what was different between the 2 versions. You can write their essay on the back of the Venn Diagram.
- Read 15-minutes
